We want you to feel confident in your Bella•Fina Collective purchase. Please review the details below to determine whether your item qualifies for a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on select unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions below.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, including pouches and accessories provided

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is approved and processed

Hygiene & Safety Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, even if unworn.

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.

Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Body jewelry, including:

    • Earrings

    • Nose rings

    • Toe rings

    • Belly rings

    • Belly chains

    • Ear cuffs

  • Mystery bags or sample items

  • Final sale or discounted items

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges are limited to select ring styles for size only, subject to availability.

  • Only one size exchange is permitted per order

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or size exchange, please email us at

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’re requesting to return or exchange

  • Reason for the request

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Processing & Refunds

  • Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
