At Bella•Fina Collective, we carefully curate jewelry using materials selected for style, durability, and everyday wear.
If your item experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at info@bellafinacollectivejewelry.com with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.
This limited quality promise does not cover:

scratches or accidental damage

exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, excessive moisture, or harsh substances

natural fading of plated finishes over time

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on select unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions below.

Hygiene & Safety Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, even if unworn.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Damaged Items process:
If you received a damaged or broken item, we would replace the item if still in stock, at no cost to you or we can refund your money to original payment method. Please notify us withing 72 hours of receipt so we can assist your promptly.
