We want you to feel confident shopping with Bella•Fina Collective. Most unworn, undamaged jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with a few exceptions for hygiene and final-sale items.

Returns

Most unworn, undamaged jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition.

• Original packaging, pouches, and included accessories should be returned with the item.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Ring Size Exchanges

Need a different ring size? We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

• Exchanges are limited to ring sizing.

• Items must meet our return eligibility requirements.

• Up to two size exchanges are permitted per order.​

Hygiene & Final-Sale Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings

• Nose rings

• Toe rings

• Belly rings

• Belly chains

• Ear cuffs

Mystery bags, sample items, and merchandise specifically marked Final Sale are also non-returnable.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

If the item is available, we may replace it at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable or unsuitable, we may issue a refund to your original payment method.

Our 30-Day Quality Promise

We carefully curate jewelry using materials selected for style, durability, and everyday wear.

If your item experiences a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and photos of the item. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability.

Our Quality Promise does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches or accidental damage, improper storage or care, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, excessive moisture or harsh substances, or the natural fading of plated finishes over time.

Refunds & Return Shipping

Approved returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your package.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived

damaged or defective.
