Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene considerations, most jewelry is final sale. However, we do offer a one-time exchange for select ring styles in a different size, if available. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a sizing exchange.

How do I find my ring size?

We provide a full Ring Sizing & International Conversion Guide to help you find the best fit. Bella•Fina Collective proudly offers select ring styles in sizes 4–12 for petite and plus-size customers.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Gently wipe with a lint-free cloth after wearing. Avoid chemicals, perfumes, water exposure, and store pieces flat or in a pouch. For detailed tips, visit our Jewelry Care page.

What materials do you use?

Our pieces are made with 14–18K gold-filled, 925 sterling silver (rhodium-plated), 18K PVD gold, stainless steel, and titanium. We do not use cheap base metals or flash plating. Learn more on our Materials & Finishes page.
